The HS&E program is implemented using a combination of training, monitoring, feedback, incentives and a progressive discipline policy. Training includes an accident prevention course for supervisors; required HAZWOPER awareness, and refresher courses, CPR and First Aid courses, Stop Work Authority and training meetings on industry HS&E issues. Employees are also involved in a Behavior Based Safety Program. Each employee will have an eight hour Rig Pass/Safe Land/Gulf training class in addition to an annual Hazwoper refresher course which is also an eight hour course. We also require water survival and any other special course required by the customer. Our safety program involves JSEA’s before each job and/or a tailgate meeting. Monthly scheduled safety meetings are conducted with exams to reinforce the teaching process. The HS&E program also requires that all drivers of a company vehicle complete a defensive driving course. Our incident rate is very low. Our safety training classes are taught by “Quest Safety Solutions” which is an OSHA oriented organization. PRO’s safety manager has a BS in safety and teaches the monthly safety classes in addition to a defensive driving class. All classes taught at our Pro NDT facility are in accordance with the relevant OSHA standards and are accredited where applicable.
